I went to Emily to increase my overall fitness and energy levels! I’ve not only achieved those things but am loving going to the gym again and feel confident enough I go it alone with everything I’ve been taught!
I wanted to get into an exercise routine again after moving to London from Australia (and becoming lazy in the process!), so I thought I’d give PT a try. Emily was fantastic from the first session, asking what I wanted to achieve and what I was interested in. The sessions were fun, challenging, and kept me interested. Best of all though I could see progress quite quickly, and also felt a lot more energetic and happy at work
Emily was recommended to me through my business partner, she was having such a great time working with her that I decided to book myself in. Emily is super friendly, approachable and brilliant to work with. We talked about my intentions for the sessions, what I wanted to achieve and the key areas I wanted to work on. After 10 sessions, I was really proud of the improvements in my fitness and the body shape. Emily works you hard but she gets results. I never thought I would be able to do a full body pull up and she made it happen! Overall I could not recommend Emily enough!
I have so much fun training with Emily. I’ve been training with her once a week for 3 months now and honestly can’t believe the results! I’ve seen positive changes and I look and feel amazing - so strong and confident!
Emily is a fantastic Personal Trainer, she understands your goals and realistically works very hard to make you achieve them. She pushes you to always work harder whilst always ensuring the session is enjoyable and fun, this is so important and ultimately always want to keep going back to Emily. I have been training with Emily on and off for a year - she is by far the best PT I have ever had.
Emily is just such a pleasure to train with. She really listened to my goals, as well as to my concerns, and has helped me to work towards achievable aims in a positive way. I started seeing real results after just a month and have learned so much from her with no fear of judgment or criticism. I’ve learned a lot about my body, as well as the general fitness and nutritional aspects of training, and we actually have fun, something I didn’t think would be possible with a PT! I can’t recommend her highly enough, it’s absolutely been worth all the hard work.
Emily has been my personal trainer twice a week for the past year. She has always been sensitive to my needs and what I want to get out of each session as well as keeping a long term goal. She is motivating, encouraging and has made each session enjoyable and dynamic . In the space of a few weeks I saw vast improvements. Emily is great and fun personal trainer that would be perfect for anyone starting out to the more experienced, I look forward to each session.
Before Emily, I had never been very active, I had never played any sport when I was young and as an adult was really struggling to incorporate working out into my daily life. Emily not only whipped me into the best shape of my life in three months (for my wedding) but has instilled in me a new found love of working out that I believe will last me a lifetime. My wedding has since happened and I have no plans to stop working out with Emily.

I had never properly trained with weights before and wasn’t sure where to start. Working with Emily gave me the confidence and skills to know how to properly workout and how to generally improve my fitness and well being. I feel strong and steadily more confident in my body as the weeks go on and I always look forward to training. Emily makes the sessions fun, challenging and most importantly achievable whatever your level of fitness - I could not recommend her more!
We had such a great time training with Emily. We have always done sports some way or another but by training with Emily we realised that we were doing so many things wrong for such a long time. It wasn’t long before we started to feel fitter, stronger and honestly look better than ever. On top of that we always have fun and that in the end is the most important thing. Emily has a method that worked extremely well for me and my lifestyle. Based on what I wanted out of the sessions (to lose a bit of weight and gain muscle!) and my hectic schedule, she was able to create a balance between tailored PT sessions, at-home workouts and meal suggestions that made me shred up in 6 weeks..I’m so impressed with the weights workout and simple tweaks that she’s suggested for my diet, that I continue both as partof my daily life now. She’s such a pro, I really enjoyed every minute!
Emily has been amazing at kicking my butt and helping me get fit and healthy in the past 6 months. She has so much knowledge on both exercise and nutrition and I have learnt loads! If you are looking for a PT she is your woman!
